Watch derekki 123Movies. The title means "fire poker" in Hokkaido dialect. It could be said to be a 3-minute condensed version of "Guiding Star." Using film I shot when I was a freshman in college and footage of my current shadow, I made this film wondering how much story I could fit into the limited 3-minute 8mm cartridge.
